This Privacy Policy explains how I-SAF ("the App", "we", "us"), a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) mobile application published by GreenVista, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide the App's maintenance management functionality:

• Account information — username/staff ID and password, used to authenticate you against your organization's account.
• Work order & asset data — maintenance tasks, asset records, checklists, and related notes you create or view in the App.
• Photos — images you capture or select (e.g. for asset condition, work order evidence) are uploaded to our secure cloud storage and linked to the relevant work order.
• QR / barcode scans — the App uses your device camera to scan asset QR codes/barcodes. Scanned codes are used only to look up the associated asset record; no image or video is stored from this feature.
• Device & connectivity information — basic technical information (e.g. network connectivity status) used to support offline mode and data synchronization.

2. Biometric / App Lock

If you enable biometric login (fingerprint/face unlock), authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system. We do not receive, store, or have access to your biometric data — it never leaves your device.

3. How We Use Information

• To authenticate you and provide access to your organization's data.
• To create, track, and manage maintenance work orders and assets.
• To allow offline use of the App, with data synced to our servers once connectivity is restored.
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot issues.

We do not use your information for advertising, and the App does not contain third-party advertising or analytics/tracking SDKs.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored on secure servers operated by us or our cloud storage provider. Authentication tokens stored on your device are kept in the device's secure/encrypted storage.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is only accessible to your organization's authorized personnel and our service providers (e.g. cloud hosting/storage) who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

6. Data Retention

We retain work order, asset, and account data for as long as your organization's account remains active, or as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us using the details below.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your organization administrator or us directly using the contact details below.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by authorized staff of registered organizations and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
